The data is processed exclusively within the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
With every collection of personal data where you actively provide us with your data, we will explicitly specify the purpose. We collect, use and manage your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR only if there is a legal obligation to fulfil a contract or in the case of pre-contractual measures, if there is a legitimate interest (direct marketing and security protection of the application), or if we have your consent to have. We only store your data for as long as we are legally obliged to do so, or as long as we need the data for the stated purpose.
For what purposes does viehworld process your personal information and how long will it be stored?

Sharing of information
In order to make your experience and your visit to our app as easy as possible, we exchange information with AMA - Agrarmarkt Austria. These are access tokens, which can be used to determine when which user logs into the application. AMA and viehworld are independent controllers within the meaning of the GDPR; this means that you, as a user, can contact the respective organisation in the event of complaints. The privacy policy of the AMA can be found at https://www.ama.at/Allgemein/ Data protection declaration.

At the time of app download
If you download the app from the store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), you must provide certain data. At least the username and email address will then be sent to the store together with other information such as user ID transmitted and processed directly by the store. For more information, please follow the appropriate link: Apple App Store: https://support.apple.com/de-at/HT210584, Google Play Store: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Data while the app is installed and used
We process the data you have entered, as well as data you have released, such as master data (name, address, e-mail, etc.) as well as data on your company, your animals and your transactions, and image data to make the functionality of the app possible. This information is voluntary and can be changed, restricted or deleted at any time, unless we are legally required to do otherwise.
Google Firebase, Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging/Push Notifications
This app uses Google Firebase (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, "Google") and also processes personal data. For this purpose, so-called "instant IDs" provided with a timestamp (time stamp) are used. They allow the assignment and linking of users and processes, as well as actions. However, they do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the specific user and therefore do not allow us any specific personalisation, but we use the summarised data of all users for analysis, optimisation and, if necessary, troubleshooting.
For Firebase Analytics, Google also uses the advertising ID of the end device. You can restrict usage in the settings on your end device. To do this, follow the path below.
Android: Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Reset advertising ID
iOS: Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising -> No ad tracking
If you have activated push notifications for this application or generally on your device, we may display messages on your device. You can prevent this at any time in the settings directly on your device.
Firebase Cloud Messaging serves as a service to be able to transmit push messages. The end device is assigned a pseudonymised push reference, which serves as the target for the push messages. We try not to transmit data to the USA as far as possible. For further information, however, we must refer to the privacy statement of the data controller:

Adjust
This app uses Adjust (Adjust GmbH, Saarbrücker Str. 37A, 10405 Berlin, Germany, Representatives (Managing Director): Christian Henschel, Paul H. Müller, Registration Number: Local Court of Berlin-Charlottenburg, HRB 140616 B) and also processes personal data. Adjust is a service that creates metrics to measure user experiences and provide operators with data-based improvements to mobile applications. The data does not allow us to draw any direct conclusions about the person; we use the collected data that Adjust makes available to us to make the app even better for you. If you do not want this, please inform us by email at rebekka@viehworld.com. For more information, visit the manufacturer's privacy policy or their own GDPR-related questions section at https://www.adjust.com/terms/gdpr/.
You also have the option of contacting us by telephone or email. For this, we also need your name and your e-mail address or telephone number, as well as your declaration that you agree to the electronic transmission to us. This data is mandatory, otherwise we cannot contact you and cannot process your request.
The General Data Protection Regulation guarantees you, as the data subject, the right to information, correction and deletion of your personal data, as well as the restriction of processing and the provision of your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can revoke any consent, such as that given when subscribing to the newsletter, at any time by email. Your data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation or an interest that is particularly worthy of protection. If you have any questions about these rights or any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact Ms. Dipl.-Ing. Contact Rebekka Aigner-Carmichael at rebekka@viehworld.com.
A special right of the General Data Protection Regulation is the possibility to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at, telephone: +43 1 531 15-202525, e-mail:dsb@dsb.gv.at) if you believe that your data is not being processed in accordance with data protection. Of course, we would be pleased if you contact us first, as we are sure that we can clarify your questions in advance.
The security of your data is very important to us. All personal data requested by us is transmitted in encrypted form via a secure SSL connection so that it is protected from unauthorised access. In addition, we take further technical and organisational security precautions to prevent the loss, destruction and misuse of data. You should always keep your access information confidential when sharing your device with others. The personal data and information you provide are protected against unauthorised access by third parties with the greatest possible care. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of personal data. However, the customer is advised that the World Wide Web is accessible to everyone worldwide and that misuse in particular cannot be ruled out, so that, despite the greatest possible care, unauthorised access by third parties to such data and information cannot be ruled out.
This privacy notice may change from time to time. The changed version will then also be published here. If you visit our website again, you should therefore read the data protection information again.
